1. When will my order be shipped!? This is a great question- we ship Monday through Friday.  99.9% of all orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. Sometimes, when we have a hot new product IE; Car Culture or Team Transport, we will work Saturday and or Sunday. 

2. What services do you guys use to ship? Generally we ship USPS and UPS around the globe.

3. How many countries do you guys ship to? We ship to over 100 countries worldwide! If we don't have your countries shipping cart built out yet, just send us a message and address and we will see if we can ship it there.

4. Do you guys ship in bubble mailers or boxes? We have never shipped collectibles in bubble mailers, We ALWAYS use boxes. IF your order hits a certain dollar amount we will even double box it to insure its safety.

5. Do you guys secure my cars in the box? We are collectors too, we understand what it means to get items damaged in the mail. We secure the items within the box, and do our best to make sure that your awesome goodies arrive in the same condition that they left our facilities in!!

We get in shipments generally every single week of the year. We sometimes get shipments 2 or 3 times a week! We list items within 24 hours of receiving them, and most of the time the SAME DAY! We love being fast for you guys, and we love opening new cases and showing you as well! We do also send out updates regularly (approximately once a week) so sign up and join our newsletter!

We take great lengths to provide the best possible condition items going out. The brand new items we get in, ie; Matchbox, Car Culture, Team Transport, we ship straight out of the box that it came in. The rarer items that we carry in stock, we number each one individually and take several pictures of it so you can see every angle and in those cases that is the EXACT item you will receive!


Yes we do do returns!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
